Scope of Care
Healing Minds Rx LLC provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults age 18 and older. Appointments may be available through secure telehealth and/or in-person visits, depending on patient needs and availability.

Initial Evaluation
60-minute appointment to understand your symptoms, history, and goals.
Diagnosis & Plan
You’ll receive clear recommendations based on a thorough assessment.
Ongoing Care
Follow-up visits to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
Flexible, Accessible Treatment
Appointments may be conducted via secure telehealth or in-person visits when available. For telehealth appointments, patients must be physically located within the State of Michigan at the time of their visit.
Medication Management & Supportive Therapy
Healing Minds Rx LLC provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. The provider is also licensed as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), allowing for short-term psychotherapy or supportive counseling when clinically appropriate.
Patients requiring long-term or specialized therapy may be referred to trusted community providers.
Experienced, Collaborative Care
Services are provided by a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), practicing under a collaborative agreement with a licensed Michigan physician, in accordance with state law. This collaborative model supports safe prescribing practices, clinical consultation, and continuity of care.
